Born in Casablanca, Aziz Lechgar grew up there and obtained a bachelor's degree in electronics. He later turned to cinema after obtaining a license from the specialized institute of industry in Casablanca. Passionate about the image in general, he will go on several shootings as a focus puller of "Game of throne" through "Queen of the Desert" or "Jack Rayan" ... Aziz managed to forge his way into the global film industry to eventually move into the direction of photography and directing. The short film "The Alliance" will be his first film as a director and cinematographer.
