La curiosité le pousse à questionner son père pourquoi cet instrument se trouve au milieu des livres. À travers sa réponse , et les témoignages de femmes ayant vécu son époque, al bendir retrouve son existence et sa vie. Par ces récits et la mémoire de sa grand-mère, c’est l’art féminin d’al Hadra Slawia qui est mis en lumière.

Biography
Ahmed El Kadiri, born in Salé in 1998, graduated from the Higher Institute of Journalism and Information in Casablanca with a specialization in sound and image engineering in 2019. He created a documentary on the House of Poetry in Morocco for his thesis and produced the series "Me and Poetry." He has worked on Moroccan films like "Baba Max" and "Shahal Tasnetic," and directed his first documentary, "Bandir Lalla," selected for the 2023 International Youth Film Festival in Kélibia, Tunisia. Ahmed has trained at the Carthage Film Festival and has been part of the technical team at Visa For Music since 2017.
