Hind Moumou, is a photographer and filmmaker from Morocco. Her work as a visual artist has been displayed in collective exhibitions in both Morocco and France. in her approach, she is simultaneously intrigued by the complementarity and juxtaposition of the immobility and liveliness of her hometown Rabat, two characteristics from which she draws inspiration and tries to faithfully represent in her films. Her love for filmmaking comes from what surrounds her, from human and urban silhouettes to nocturnal landscapes, from natural elements to abandoned places. She thus aims to poetically explore themes shared by both the collective and individual consciousness such as grief, loneliness, and doom.
