Introducing a Mentorship Initiative at MARRAKECHsFF

In an effort to cultivate the next generation of film critics, MARRAKECHsFF will launch a mentorship program pairing an experienced film critic professor with a passionate young student. This collaboration will provide invaluable guidance and support, not only during the festival but also throughout the preparatory phase, contributing to discussions and events.

Goals:

Inspire and mentor a new wave of young film critics
Ignite professional interest in film criticism as a career path
Build a more informed and discerning audience, familiar with cinematic criteria
Foster a deep and lasting love for cinema
The mentorship will offer the mentee unique insights into the profession, blending theory and hands-on experience during the festival week.
