In a mountainous area. Almost at the peak of one of the mountains, small cracked rock exists, within the crack a withering flower sways side to side as it almost snaps from its own weight. A man called Hassan and the girl Zahra are currently working on the last scene of their film, so they can publish it, serving as a ticket to popularity. Hassan’s ambition to become a great director led him to utilize Zahra’s body as a lever to reach his dream. on the other hand, Zahra is fine with the acts that she does, as long as she gets paid; fame and money are her main objectives so that she can rid herself from the shackles of her brother. At the end of the line, the couple discovers that their unfortunate
destiny is intertwined with a rock and a flower’s destiny, facing the wrath of nature.

Biography
Rida Chebbi is a Moroccan director, screenwriter, and actor, born in 2002 in Guelmim, the Gateway to the Desert. Trained in theatre by his father, he began acting at age 8 and has performed in numerous plays and festivals, notably the Children’s Festival founded in his hometown. After earning his baccalaureate, he directed his first short film Black and White. Three years later, he completed his first professional film, The Flower and the Rock, produced by Blue Tree Productions.
